Students get a knack of web based learning in UK

Education in United Kingdom has an upsurge wave of modern changes which looks promising. It is certainly rich educational culture maintained with strong interlinking support that provides students enough support for wide areas of choice. Age bar with several structured streams shows the typicality UK education has with it as an asset. But new submission of proposals on web based education can be a better gate way as well if properly attended by the governing body.

Structure of education system in UK is diverse with several forms to observe. It is basically segmented to pre-higher and higher education. Pre higher or school education is again divided in to primary and secondary form. To know the specialities of such hierarchical system one should have transparent view on its criteria and rules, regulations. Age level is being maintained in every sub level entry. Age 5 to 11 is for compulsory study in infant school or combined junior and infant school. From 11 to 16 years of age comprehensive schools, secondary modern, CTC and grammar schools provide GCSE/VCSE certification. Sixth form school awards GCEAL/VCEAL/VCEASL from age 16 to 18. Higher education is being provided by three main types of institutions, universities, colleges and institutions. Even there are few options like Non-university level, university level, teacher education and non traditional studies with in post secondary format. Non traditional means distance higher education, life long higher education, educational training in industry, foundation degrees etc. Governing bodies are secretary of state, SCOP (Standing Conference of Principals) and president of universities UK etc.UK has two distinct systems of courses and qualifications. One for England, Wales and Northern Ireland and second for Scotland.

That is all about current building block in UK. Home tutoring in UK has also got a flavour of appreciation and acceptance from majority level of parents. But many more things are waiting to be seen how such a stringent study system is getting air blown with web mania. Primary school curriculum seems to be fading in coming days. Traditional areas of learning get freshness when students will start formulating their master plan which is web based. So new curriculum with the help of teachers in the form of a proposal will change the primary school of decades. The whole idea is to train children with blogging, pod casts, Wikipedia and twitter as sources of information to enhance learning abilities in communicative way. It also helps teachers bringing them freedom on the areas in which students would be concentrating more as per their genuine thoughts. This applies to primary schools in England only. The benefits would be computer skills, key board skills, web based learning, learning to use spell checker etc. It is a fascinating idea of teaching students in chronological way for historical events to attain the overview on periods ,events in a chronological framework.

In short the whole proposal need so many changes to check out that would provide consultation to upgrade the skills and techniques.
